With 2014 Comic Con nearly over and the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie just around the corner, Marvel took this opportune time to announce that an animated version of “Guardians of the Galaxy” is in the works and will be appearing on the Disney XD channel in the near future – although no firm date has yet been established.
“Guardians of the Galaxy” – the feature film – is currently scheduled to be released on August 1, 2014.
